Accidents happen. Cartridges wear out over the years. If you have run into these issues it is always hard to know where to go and get your cartridge repaired. Over the years I have worked with various customers and often we did exchange programs. In high-end audio, cartridges can get up there in price, making a repair a reasonable option vs a trade in program or purchasing a new one out right.
